LoChirco Custom Homes

The LoChirco company began construction the second week of May and finished the third week of July! The crew was here consistently with only a handful of days where someone wasn’t here working. We were very pleased with the timing, the quality and the professionalism we experienced working with the LoChirco team. I also want to say that Joe is a very good judge of character. EVERYONE who came into our home was respectful, professional, courteous and did their work with integrity. There was not a day where I had concerns about who was in my home. The LoChirco team was also very accommodating. Any issues that came about during the process were quickly addressed and fixed without question. I can confidently say we have the best laundry/ mudroom ever and we are very thankful to Joe and his team at LoChirco Custom Homes for making our vision and hopes for this room a reality.

They were always kind and conscientious, and treated our requests with attentiveness and respect. We do not believe it is very easy to find a company like this, and we are so grateful to have found them. They’re the best!!

We eventually decided not to add on, but LoChirco Custom Homes still took care of a small issue with our bathroom subflooring, and put in new floors through the bathroom and kitchen. Although it was smaller job than we contacted them about, we felt like Joe was understanding and helped us to make the best choice for our goals. We are beyond happy with the job they did, and everyone was extremely polite and friendly while in our home. We will definitely be using LoChirco Custom Homes for any future projects.
